More about the role:

We are seeking an experienced and exceptionally organised Project Manager to join our communications team on a full-time secondment at a key client's office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong background in project coordination and ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic corporate environment. This role requires close collaboration with both the client's internal teams and our agency to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality communication programmes.

What you'll do:

• Act as the day-to-day liaison between the client and the agency, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects, timelines and deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
• Track, monitor and report on project progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Support the development and implementation of communication plans, press materials and advice notes.
• Assist in the design of strategies and campaigns, including by conducting research and analysis to guide decision-making.
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, action logs and post-campaign reports.
• Manage approval processes and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain brand consistency and uphold client confidentiality at all times.

Experience that contributes to success:

• A Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related discipline.
• A minimum of five years' experience in public relations, communications or corporate affairs, ideally within an agency or in-house communications function.
• Demonstrated project management experience, with a recognised qualification considered an advantage.
• Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise under pressure and deliver to a consistently high standard.
• Strong writing, editing and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana, , Trello).
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is highly desirable
