Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in
    data governance, data management, or data privacy solution delivery
    .
  • Hands-on knowledge of
    BigID
    configuration and module implementation.
  • Strong understanding of
    Informatica EDC
    ,
    Axon
    , and
    IDQ
    configuration and integration.
  • Familiarity with data classification, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and metadata management principles.
  • Strong data architecture and design understanding across structured and unstructured data sources.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery Oversight

  • Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of BigID and Informatica toolsets as defined in the project scope.
  • Oversee and guide configuration activities performed by BigID and Informatica engineers.
  • Ensure alignment of solution design and implementation with client's data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
  • Provide technical direction, mentorship, and quality assurance for the delivery team.

BigID Implementation

  • Supervise configuration and setup of
    BigID modules
    , including:
  • Data discovery and scanning for data classification.
  • Configuration of classification approval workflows.
  • Modules for
    RoPA
    ,
    DPIA
    ,
    DPP
    , and
    Risk Management
    .
  • Privacy Portal
    setup for
    Data Subject Rights (DSR)
    and
    Consent & Preference Management
    .
  • Validate solution designs and ensure seamless integration with client systems.

Informatica EDC, Axon & IDQ Implementation

  • Oversee configuration and curation of
    Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC)
    for metadata discovery and lineage.
  • Supervise setup and activation of
    Axon
    for business metadata, glossaries, and governance workflows.
  • Guide configuration and deployment of
    Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
    rules and data quality dashboards.
  • Ensure interoperability between Informatica tools and the BigID environment.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Lead all technical discussions with client stakeholders regarding requirements, solution design, implementation progress, and approvals.
  • Document and present technical architecture, configuration details, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Ensure all configurations and deployments adhere to client security, compliance, and change management standards.
  • Manage review cycles, testing, validation, and acceptance signoffs.
