Job Description

We are currently seeking a Female Personal Trainer to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Personal Trainer to join our Health Club team at Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver customized fitness programs tailored to guests' and members' individual goals and needs.
• Conduct fitness assessments and track progress to ensure continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure safe use of all gym equipment.
• Motivate clients to maintain commitment to fitness and overall well-being.
• Provide nutritional and lifestyle advice within professional scope.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service within the fitness area.
• Support wellness activities, challenges, and special events organized by the Health Club team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of health and positivity throughout the property.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Certification in Personal Training or Fitness Instruction from a recognized institution (e.g., ACE, NASM, REPS, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably in a hotel or premium fitness club environment.
• Strong knowledge of fitness principles, anatomy, nutrition, and exercise techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Energetic, positive, and professional attitude with a genuine passion for health and wellness.
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
