Our company is a rapidly scaling technology venture with a solid ARR base and strong momentum toward a ~USD 40mn Series B round. We're seeking an exceptional leader to join as C-level and partner with our Founder in building the next generation of our business.

The Opportunity

This is a rare co-founder-level opportunity to join at a critical juncture—past the early-stage uncertainty but before the calcification of processes that comes with maturity. You'll have the chance to:

● Shape company direction as an equal partner in strategic decisions

● Build and lead an A-team across key business functions

● Drive the Series B raise and position the company for subsequent funding rounds

● Scale operations across multiple MENA markets during a period of explosive growth

As Co-Founder, you will be the Founder's strategic partner and complement to existing competencies. You'll own the company's scaling strategy, lead fundraising efforts, and build the leadership team that will take us through Series B and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

// Strategic Leadership & Scaling

● Partner with the Founder to define and execute the company's long-term vision and strategy

● Lead the company's scaling roadmap from USD2mn to USD20mn+ ARR

● Identify and capitalize on market expansion opportunities across MENA

● Build scalable processes, systems, and organizational structures for hypergrowth

● Establish key metrics, dashboards, and accountability frameworks

// Fundraising & Investor Relations

● Own and lead the Series B fundraising process end-to-end (target: ~USD5-10mn raise)

● Develop compelling investment narratives, pitch decks, and financial models that resonate with institutional investors

● Be the primary interface with investors during fundraising - lead meetings, handle objections, negotiate terms

● Manage ongoing investor relationships and craft polished Board communications

● Structure deal terms and negotiate with venture capital firms alongside legal counsel

● Position the company strategically for future funding rounds (Series C and beyond)

● Build relationships with the venture ecosystem proactively

● Recruit, hire, and develop an 'A-team' of functional leaders

● Build high-performance culture and establish leadership best practices

● Mentor and develop direct reports across growth, operations, and commercial functions

● Drive revenue growth strategies across customer acquisition, expansion, and retention

● Optimize unit economics and path to profitability

● Establish and scale go-to-market strategies for MENA markets

● Build strategic partnerships and business development initiatives

● Oversee commercial operations, sales enablement, and growth marketing

● Implement operational frameworks to support 10x growth

● Build reporting infrastructure for Board and investor updates

Required Qualifications

// Essential Experience

● 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in high-growth technology companies

● Proven track record scaling startups from early revenue (USD1-5M ARR) to significant scale (USD20M+ ARR)

● Direct fundraising experience leading or co-leading Series A, B, or C rounds (minimum USD10M+ raises)

● C-suite or VP-level leadership experience in scaling organizations

● Team building expertise with demonstrated ability to recruit and develop high-performing leaders

● MENA market experience or deep emerging market operational knowledge

// Technical Competencies

● Deep understanding of SaaS/technology business models and unit economics

● Mastery of growth frameworks, PLG strategies, and scaling methodologies

● Strong financial acumen including P&L management, cap table dynamics, and fundraising mechanics

● Experience with OKRs, KPIs, and data-driven performance management

● Proficiency in investor relations, pitch development, and deal structuring

// You Might Be Coming From one of the below backgrounds:

● Investment banking or consulting followed by COO/Chief of Staff role at a unicorn

● Corporate strategy leader who transitioned to operating roles in high-growth tech

● Second-time operator from a successful exit with "been there, done that" credibility

● CRO/COO at a later-stage company seeking earlier-stage co-founder equity opportunity

● VC or growth equity investor ready to cross over to the operating side

● Professional services background (Big 4, MBB) with proven ability to transition to "builder" mode

● Ivy League MBA or equivalent with strong credentials who chose the startup path

In essence, the Founder builds the product and understands the market deeply. You will be the face to investors, bring strategic discipline, and establish the operational infrastructure for scale.

● 6 months: Series B closed, initial A-team hires made, scaling roadmap established

● 12 months: Achieve TBD ARR target, full leadership team in place, operational foundations built

● 24 months: Achieve TBD ARR target, path to profitability clear, positioned for Series C
