Senior Buyer

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Buyer
to manage the procurement of project-related goods, materials, and services. The role is responsible for ensuring company operational needs are met by achieving the best balance of
price, quality, and delivery
, while maintaining continuity of supply and strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure project goods, materials, and services in line with company policies and requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted operations and project execution.
• Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with engineering, projects, logistics, and finance teams to align procurement activities.
• Manage purchase orders, supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and supply risks.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and ethical standards.
• Resolve supplier-related issues including delays, quality concerns, and discrepancies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Buyer or Senior Buyer, preferably in project-based procurement.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Experience purchasing project materials, equipment, or services is highly preferred.

• Ability to analyze costs, supplier performance, and market data.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications.
