HSSE Supervisor

The HSSE Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental policies on-site. With 4 to 6 years of experience, the candidate is expected to provide leadership, conduct advanced risk assessments, and ensure full compliance with local regulations and international standards. The goal is to maintain a "Zero Harm" culture and ensure the safety of all personnel, assets, and the environment.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision: Lead daily site inspections to ensure all activities comply with HSSE standards and procedures.
• Risk Management: Develop and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and HIRA for high-risk operations.
• Permit to Work (PTW): Manage and verify the PTW system, ensuring all hazardous tasks have valid permits and controls.
• Incident Investigation: Lead the investigation of accidents and near-misses using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
• Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency drills and ensure the readiness of fire-fighting and first-aid equipment.

3. Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of solid experience in HSSE roles.

Professional Certifications

• NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate)
• OSHA 30-Hour (Construction or General Industry)
• First Aid & CPR (Valid Certification)
