Description

The Finance Business Controller at Nokia is instrumental in driving financial performance within the Customer Account sector. Responsibilities
  • Manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis for assigned Customer Accounts.
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate financial risks and opportunities.
  • Drive business performance through financial insights and stakeholder presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with Nokia's accounting principles and Sarbanes-Oxley policies.
  • Reduce working capital needs through systematic strategies.
  • Act as an advisor and mentor for staff and stakeholders.
  • Consult on project setup and leverage AI tools for efficiency.
  • Develop and implement recommendations to improve processes and drive innovation.
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 7 years of relevant experience in finance, with a strong focus on financial planning and analysis.
  • SOCPA certification or equivalent professional designation.
  • Proven track record in identifying and mitigating financial risks and opportunities.
  • Experience with compliance standards including Nokia accounting principles and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) policies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present financial data to stakeholders effectively.
