Technical Duties:

  • Execute production tasks according to established protocols and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and operate production machinery and equipment, ensuring accurate output and adherence to quality standards.
  • Assist in setting up, cleaning, and maintaining production equipment for optimal functionality.
  • Conduct routine inspections of machinery and promptly report any malfunctions or deviations from standard operations.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to troubleshoot technical issues and participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain meticulous records of production activities, including data on materials used, output quantities, and any deviations encountered during production.
  • Follow strict adherence to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to pharmaceutical manufacturing methods and machinery operation.
  • Support the team in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the production area.
  • Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance tasks and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in production processes.

Required Educational Level &Certificates:

Diploma degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy, Biology or any other related field.

Required Experience:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in similar related field.
