Steward Supervisor – Immediate Join | Riyadh | 5-Star Hotel Experience Required

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward Supervisor to join our world-class culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the stewarding operations, ensuring that all kitchen and service areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional who is eager to develop their leadership skills and grow within a world-class culinary environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the stewarding team to ensure efficient and timely cleaning operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all kitchen, storage, and back-of-house areas in compliance with HACCP and company policies.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
  • Oversee the collection and disposal of waste in accordance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Monitor chemical usage, stock levels, and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the culinary and service teams to support smooth kitchen and banquet operations.
  • Train, coach, and motivate stewarding team members to achieve high performance and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Report maintenance and repair needs promptly to the Engineering Department.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 Maximum years of experience in stewarding, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards (HACCP certification preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is highly desirable.
  • English language is a must.
