Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials and services at optimal cost, supporting daily operations, and driving overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.


• Oversee procurement, sourcing, and inventory management processes.


• Negotiate with vendors and service providers to ensure favorable terms in cost, quality, and delivery.


• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).


• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to meet material and service requirements.


• Track and analyze inventory levels, consumption trends, and establish reorder points.


• Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.


• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.


• Drive cost-reduction initiatives and process optimization efforts.


• Support urgent operational requirements through efficient emergency sourcing when necessary.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:


• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.


• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.


• Prior experience in facility management, maintenance, or operations-driven environments is highly preferred.


• Proven track record in managing vendors, contracts, and SLAs.


• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or MS Dynamics).


• Familiarity with emergency sourcing and critical operational support.
