Summary

Provide first-line operational support for business apps and integrations with a strong focus on incident resolution, monitoring, and scheduled operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 support for SaaS/business apps (Zoho preferred).
  • Triage and resolve basic API integration issues; escalate with clear diagnostics.
  • Deliver L1 cloud support (accounts, access, basic services).
  • Support Windows Server and Linux basics (added value).
  • Own scheduled jobs (creation, monitoring, failure recovery).
  • Maintain runbooks/KB articles and close tickets within SLAs.
  • Strong hands-on approach and customer communication.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years in application support (SaaS + on-prem).
  • Exposure to Zoho and API troubleshooting (logs, headers, payloads).
  • Basic cloud (Azure/AWS) and OS admin skills (Windows/Linux).
  • Scripting for ops tasks is a plus (PowerShell/Bash/Python).
  • Hands-on, organized, and SLA-driven.
