Position: HR Operations Staff

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and policies
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
- Support the performance management process by maintaining employee performance records and providing administrative support
- Coordinate and organize employee training and development programs
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws is a plus
