  1. Purpose:

Responsible of our Cloud Servers Administration, user access, online and offline presence security

  1. Business Impact:

  2. This role responsible for setting up and maintaining a system or specific components of a system (e.g. for example, installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software; establishing and managing user accounts; overseeing or conducting backup and recovery tasks; implementing operational and technical security and Cyber Security controls; and adhering to organizational security policies and procedures), managing Azure organization.

  3. Interaction:

  4. Report to Head of Business Technology

  5. Coordinates with Various Departments, such as e-commerce, Marketing, HR, Finance, Supply Chain Sales, Customer support…

  6. Work closely with external partners, Suppliers, and occasionally consumers.

  7. Responsibilities:

  8. Conduct functional and connectivity testing to ensure continuing operability.

  9. Maintain Azure AD and the complete Azure organization
  10. Provide timely detection, identification, and alerting of possible attacks/intrusions, anomalous activities, and misuse activities and distinguish these incidents and events from benign activities
  11. Use cyber defense tools for continual monitoring and analysis of system to identify malicious activity.
  12. Developing and supporting organizational security standards, best practices, preventative measures, and disaster recovery plans
  13. Analyze identified malicious activity to determine weaknesses exploited, exploitation methods, effects on system and information
  14. Develop and document systems administration standard operating procedures.
  15. Maintain baseline system security according to organizational policies.
  16. Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
  17. Plan, execute, and verify data redundancy and system recovery procedures.
  18. Install, update, and troubleshoot systems/servers.
  19. Comply with organization systems administration standard operating procedures.
  20. Implement and enforce local network usage policies and procedures.
  21. Manage system/server resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability.
  22. Monitor and maintain system/server configuration.
  23. Perform repairs on faulty system/server hardware.

  24. Troubleshoot hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.

  26. 2-4 years' work experience in similar profile

  27. Bachelor in IT with Cyber Security Trainings
  28. Proven experience in Cloud Technology (Microsoft Azure)
  29. Proven Knowledge in Cyber Security methods and applications
  30. Identity Management

  35. Knowledge of organizational information technology (IT) user security policies (e.g., account creation, password rules, access control).
  36. Knowledge of measures or indicators of system performance and availability.
  37. Knowledge of performance tuning tools and techniques.
  38. Skill in monitoring and optimizing system/server performance.
  39. Skill in operating system administration. (e.g., account maintenance, data backups, maintain system performance, install and configure new hardware/software).
  40. Knowledge of virtualization technologies and virtual machine development and maintenance.
  41. Skill in correcting physical and technical problems that impact system/server performance.
  42. Skill in recovering failed systems/servers. (e.g., recovery software, failover clusters, replication, etc.).
  43. Knowledge of principles and methods for integrating system components.
