:Required Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance within the hospitality/hotel sector.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in one of the following:

· Mechanical Engineering


• Electrical Engineering


• HVAC & Refrigeration


• Facility Management


• Or any related maintenance field

Strong knowledge of hotel systems, including:


• HVAC / Chillers


• Plumbing


• Electrical systems & control panels


• Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting systems


• Elevators


• Ability to lead and manage the maintenance team.


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.


• Preferred experience using CMMS or other maintenance management systems.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee all daily maintenance operations within the hotel.


• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all hotel facilities.


• Respond to urgent maintenance requests quickly and effectively.


• Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, generators, and other building systems.


• Coordinate with suppliers and external maintenance contractors.


• Maintain accurate maintenance records and submit reports to management.


• Ensure compliance with safety and health standards across the property.


• Train and supervise the maintenance team and improve overall performance.


• Monitor tools, equipment, and ensure availability of required spare parts.
