The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for executing and coordinating the approved marketing strategies across multiple companies within the group, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines, and providing regular performance reports to the Group Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities


•
Translate approved marketing strategies into detailed execution plans for each company.


• Manage campaign budgets and ensure proper allocation of spending.


• Coordinate between marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams for seamless execution.


• Supervise advertising campaigns and manage relations with agencies and suppliers.


• Monitor KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports.


• Ensure unified brand identity and messaging across all group entities.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (Automotive Background is a Plus).


• Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills.


• Familiarity with advertising, digital content, and performance analytics.
