Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and talented Commis 1 Chef to join our culinary team, focusing on Breakfast and Room Service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of breakfast and room service dishes according to hotel standards.
  • Ensure all mise en place is ready before service and maintain cleanliness in the workstation.
  • Support the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Handle food items and ingredients with care to minimize waste and maintain quality.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Commis 1  in a hotel 
  • Passion for cooking, with good knowledge of breakfast preparation and international cuisine.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently during early shifts.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
