Role Overview:
Manage legal operations, regulatory filings, licensing, government portal submissions, and departmental administrative compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- File and manage regulatory licenses and renewals.
- Handle government portal submissions (MOC, ZATCA, SBC, etc.).
- Coordinate notarization, attestation, PoAs, and official documentation.
- Track compliance deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain legal records, registries, and documentation archives.
- Follow up with authorities and external counsel.
- Prepare official letters, forms, and required documentation.
- Assist in audits and investigations.
- Support internal processes and departmental administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Law, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years legal operations, compliance, or administrative experience.
