This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for professionals with experience in estimating and cost analysis within the construction or ironmongery sector. The Ironmongery Estimator will be responsible for accurately assessing material requirements and costs for various projects, ensuring high standards of precision and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for ironmongery materials based on project specifications and drawings.
• Review and analyze project plans to determine material quantities and costs.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate estimations.
• Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of estimations and project requirements.

• Proven experience in estimating and cost analysis for ironmongery or construction materials.
