To supervise and manage all warehouse activities related to vehicle fleet spare parts and materials, ensure the application of best practices in storage, safety, and operational quality, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and organize warehouse teams to achieve the highest operational efficiency and support fleet readiness.

6. Duties and Responsibilities:
First: Warehouse Management & Organization

  • Supervise the arrangement, storage, and classification of spare parts and supplies according to approved standards and categorization systems.
  • Monitor the implementation of safety procedures within the warehouses, prevent damage to materials, and ensure safe storage.
  • Ensure the warehouse complies with company policies, quality regulations, and inventory control systems.

Second: Receiving and Issuance Operations

  • Review and receive materials and spare parts from suppliers and verify their conformity with invoices and specifications.
  • Approve the issuance of materials to workshops and departments according to approved procedures and document all transactions in the ERP system.
  • Maintain continuous coordination with the purchasing team to ensure the availability of required fleet materials.

Third: Team Management

  • Direct supervision over storekeepers and loading/unloading workers.
  • Organize work schedules, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Train employees on storage systems, safety procedures, and proper material handling.

Fourth: Inventory Control

  • Plan and execute periodic and annual inventory counts and prepare discrepancy reports.
  • Monitor slow-moving stock and recommend solutions for rotation or proper disposal.
  • Provide accurate reports on stock levels and re-order points.

Fifth: Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on material movement and inventory levels.
  • Apply and update receiving and issuing data in the ERP system.
  • Submit reports directly to the Fleet Executive Director.

Sixth: Process Improvement

  • Develop warehouse procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Propose technical and organizational solutions to improve control and automation.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.

Seventh: Other Tasks

  • Perform any other related tasks assigned within the scope of the position.

7. Required Academic Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

8. Knowledge & Skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of vehicle spare parts and fleet systems.
  • Strong experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and storage systems.
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

9. Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in warehouse management, preferably in the automotive or fleet sector.
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

10. General Requirements:

  • Suitable physical fitness for warehouse work conditions.
  • Good medical record.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively.
