Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Access Management Coordinator to oversee accreditation and access processes for a major international football tournament taking place in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a proactive, highly organised individual capable of managing access control logistics and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced event environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and operation of accreditation centers across venues.
- Manage databases and monitor accreditation requests and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with tournament access control protocols and policies.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with security and venue operations teams to maintain secure zones.
- Coordinate the issuance and management of access accreditations for staff, media, and partners.
- Support internal teams with access-related queries and logistics.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.
- Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
