Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Communication & Marketing Specialist
to join our team. The role focuses on supporting communication and marketing initiatives while ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute communication and marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality content for social media, website, newsletters, and internal communication channels.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, website, and internal communication channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage media relations and support PR activities, including press releases and announcements.
  • Support event planning, sponsorships, and corporate communication initiatives.
  • Ensure brand identity guidelines are applied consistently in all communication efforts.
  • Assist in crisis communication handling and timely messaging when required.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience
    in communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Public Relations, Communication, Marketing
    , or a related discipline.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools; familiarity with marketing or content management tools is a plus.
  • Arabic and English language proficiency is preferred.
