Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AirWatch MDM (Workspace ONE) Administrator based in Riyadh. The role involves managing, configuring, and maintaining the VMware AirWatch/Workspace ONE mobile device management (MDM) platform. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, deploying profiles and policies, integrating the platform with other systems, and ensuring device compliance. The Administrator will also collaborate with IT teams to design and implement mobile solutions tailored to business needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience with VMware AirWatch/Workspace ONE MDM platform configuration, administration, and deployment
  • Skills in troubleshooting MDM issues, resolving software conflicts, and implementing device compliance policies
  • Knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows) and their integration with MDM platforms
  • Understanding of security best practices and mobile data encryption protocols
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in VMware AirWatch/Workspace ONE or similar mobile device platforms are a plus
  • Experience in an enterprise IT or similar environment is highly desirable
