Head Barista

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Riyadh. The Barista will be responsible for preparing various coffee and tea beverages, operating coffee equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Additional day-to-day tasks include customer service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, handling cash transactions, and maintaining stock levels for coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Daily supervision of the Barista team and task distribution.
  • Training: Training and guiding new employees and developing the skills of the current team.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring adherence to specified specifications and standards for all beverages.
  • Customer Service: Monitoring the quality of service provided to customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintenance and follow-up on the cleanliness and functionality of coffee preparation equipment.
  • Menu Development: Submitting ideas to develop the beverage menu and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Complaint Handling: Dealing with notes or complaints and resolving them quickly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Barista and Food Preparation skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
