Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Siebel CRM and Oracle EBS Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of integrated enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will serve as the subject matter expert, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions, while ensuring seamless data flow and functionality between the Siebel CRM and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) platforms. This role requires independent judgment, technical leadership, and extensive client interaction in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Solution Architecture: Define the overall application and data architecture, including integration strategies, data flows, and module connectivity between Siebel CRM and various Oracle EBS modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, Order Management).

· Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders and C-level management to gather, analyze, and document complex functional and technical requirements for CRM and ERP systems.

· System Integration: Design and implement robust integration solutions using technologies such as , Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), web services (SOAP/REST), Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration), and EIM (Enterprise Integration Manager).

· Customization & Development Oversight: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring Siebel configuration (Tools, Workflows, eScript, Open UI) and Oracle EBS development (PL/SQL, Forms, Reports) adhere to best practices and quality standards.

· Performance & Scalability: Ensure the integrated systems are optimized for performance, scalability, and high availability, troubleshooting complex production issues as required.

· Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive functional and technical design documents, test plans, and support documentation. Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support staff.

· Project Leadership: May act as a team lead on projects, manage timelines, and ensure delivery of high-quality work products according to established methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Siebel/Oracle EBS Consultant or Solution Architect, with a proven track record of successful, end-to-end implementation projects.

· Technical Expertise:

o Siebel CRM: Deep expertise in Siebel architecture, configuration, scripting (eScript), Siebel Open UI, Workflows, Business Services, EAI, and EIM.

o Oracle EBS: Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, etc.) and related technologies including Oracle Database, PL/SQL, SQL, and BI Publisher.

o Integration: Hands-on experience with integration tools and web services (SOAP/REST APIs).

· Language Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English are essential for effective interaction with diverse local and international stakeholders.

· Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, complex problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

· or Oracle EBS certifications are highly desirable.

· Experience with cloud migration strategies (e.g., to OCI or Oracle CX Cloud) is a plus.

· Familiarity with local business practices and regulations in Saudi Arabia/GCC region.
