Role Purpose

The AI Product Lead is responsible for developing, owning, and delivering CIT's AI strategy across all subsidiaries. The role ensures that AI-driven solutions— Developing Department Agents, workflow automation, CAFM AI integrations, insurance automation, and document intelligence, are successfully implemented and deliver measurable efficiency gains, cost reduction, and operational excellence.

This role is the central owner of AI adoption at CIT and is accountable for identifying use cases, designing AI products, ensuring smooth deployment, and training staff to transition from manual work to automated workflows.

  1. Key Responsibilities

A. AI Strategy & Product Ownership


• Develop Group's AI roadmap across FM, Waste, Mining Contracting, Consultancy, and Corporate functions.


• Prioritize high-value AI use cases and convert them into structured product requirements.


• Own the full lifecycle for AI products: design → development → testing → deployment → refinement.

B. Automation & Workflow Design


• Lead automation for administrative tasks – as example shown below:

  • PMO
  • Helpdesk
  • Insurance renewal workflows
  • Timesheets for manpower/equipment rental
  • Invoice preparation & reconciliation
  • Monthly/weekly reporting
  • Document search & summarization


• Automate FM/Waste/Mining workflows through CAFM, robotics, sensors, AI agents, and IoT.

C. Agents Ownership


• Serve as CIT's main owner for Sana Agents.


• Build multi-department workflows (finance, HR, systems, admin, projects, procurement).


• Train users and manage licenses, roles, and usage dashboards.

D. Technical Integration & Data Governance


• Integrate data flows across SharePoint, CAFM, IoT platforms, ERP, GPS/route optimization, and waste systems.


• Establish data-quality standards and governance models.


• Work with Systems, Finance, and Operations to unify reporting into a single AI-powered dashboard.

E. Vendor & Partner Management


• Act as primary interface with:


• Sana Labs


• WasteDetector


• Robotics vendors (Scrubber 50, Cubomatic, autonomous vehicles)


• IoT sensor providers


• CAFM vendors (Facilio, Maximo, Infor)


• Ensure vendors comply with KSA hosting, cybersecurity, and CIT requirements.

F. Internal Adoption, Training & Change Leadership


• Train department champions and conduct internal workshops.


• Build SOPs for AI-enabled workflows.


• Lead the cultural shift toward AI-first operations.

G. Performance Tracking & Reporting


• Measure automation savings, hours reduced, accuracy improvements, and downtime reductions.


• Submit monthly AI Performance Pack to Head of Systems CFO & Executive Chairman.


• Track cost avoidance achieved through automation.

  1. Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Digital Transformation.


• 3–6+ years experience in digital products, workflow automation, RPA, CAFM, or AI-enabled solutions.


• Experience with enterprise systems (CAFM/ERP/IoT).


• Ability to convert operational problems into AI product specifications.


• Strong vendor management, documentation, and project management skills.


• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, and automation platforms (Sana, RPA tools, etc.).
