Job Description:

Parsons are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Specialist - Saudi National to support project controls and management reporting for a landmark airfield development project.

The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and presenting project data related to progress, interfaces, risks, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in reporting or project controls within large infrastructure projects.

What You'll Be Doing;

  • Prepare regular project reports including weekly, monthly, and executive summaries.
  • Develop dashboards tracking progress, milestones, risks, interfaces, and KPIs.
  • Consolidate inputs from engineering, construction, interface, and planning teams.
  • Analyze project data to identify trends, delays, and potential risks.
  • Coordinate with project managers and discipline leads to validate reported information.
  • Support forecasting and performance monitoring activities.
  • Maintain reporting templates, logs, and historical data records.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of all project reports.
  • Support audits and management reviews with accurate project data.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for client and senior management meetings.
  • Ensure reporting aligns with client requirements and project governance standards.

What Required Skills You'll Bring;

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project reporting, controls, or data analysis roles.
  • Exposure to infrastructure or aviation-related projects is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Good understanding of project delivery processes.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Aconex, SharePoint, or project document control systems.
  • Experience supporting airport or airfield projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
