About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Specialist to manage and oversee the registration and compliance of our food supplement products with relevant health authorities in the
UAE (MOH, Dubai Municipality
) and
KSA (SFDA)
. The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience in SFDA registration
and a solid understanding of the GCC regulatory landscape. Experience working with EU regulatory systems is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on product registration dossiers with
    SFDA (KSA)
    , UAE MOH, and Dubai Municipality.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and labeling requirements for food supplements across the GCC region.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external regulatory consultants/distributors to ensure timely registration and product approvals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory frameworks, guidelines, and changes from SFDA, MOH, and other GCC authorities.
  • Support in reviewing product formulations, claims, and labeling to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage renewal, variation, and post-market compliance activities.
  • Liaise with laboratories and authorities for product testing and document submissions as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of regulatory affairs experience in the
    food supplement / nutraceutical
    sector.
  • Mandatory experience working with
    SFDA (Saudi Food & Drug Authority).
  • Experience with UAE MOHAP, Dubai Municipality, and GCC regulations preferred.
  • Experience with Regulatory Documentation, Regulatory Requirements, and Regulatory Submissions
  • Familiarity with EU regulatory procedures (EFSA, Novel Foods, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity in registering Food supplements in EU Countries (France, Spain, Italy etc).
  • Strong understanding of product classification, dossier compilation, and electronic submission systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
