THE ROLE

This isn't just another PMO contract. You'll be stepping into the critical second phase of a global S/4 HANA treasury centralisation program for one of the world's most influential oil & gas majors. Phase one laid the foundation—now it's time to unlock the full potential of S/4 HANA across affiliates worldwide.

You'll be at the heart of a multi-country, cross-functional powerhouse:

  • Specialist SAP experts from Europe – driving detailed design

  • Treasury specialists from the UK – defining world-class processes

  • Regional leadership in Saudi Arabia – orchestrating program and project management

 

Your mission? To be the linchpin—the voice between technology, treasury, and client leadership—ensuring this complex program runs with precision.

What you'll be doing
 

  • Program leadership: Take ownership of day-to-day program management and operational reporting

  • Stakeholder interface: Act as the trusted bridge between SAP technical teams, treasury experts, and senior client stakeholders

  • Governance & control: Apply consultancy-grade PMO discipline to keep delivery on track, risks managed, and reporting watertight

  • On-site impact: Be the face of the program in Dhahran, bringing clarity, structure, and confidence to the client

 
What we're looking for:
 

This role demands someone who thrives in high-stakes, global environments. You'll need:

10+ years SAP PMO experience (must include S/4 HANA programs)
Corporate treasury program experience
Consultancy background – polished, structured, client-facing

Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology

Soft skills that matter: gravitas, clear communication, exceptional coordination, and the ability to command trust at the C-level.
