Role Purpose

The Solution Success Manager owns the
end-to-end client engagement lifecycle
,

acting as the primary point of continuity for customers from initial engagement through

delivery and post-go-live clarification.

The role combines
client engagement, deep Odoo solution understanding,

commercial coordination, and delivery alignment
, ensuring that client expectations,

solution scope, and execution remain aligned throughout the engagement lifecycle.This role represents the
Office of the Managing Partner
and acts as a trusted interface

between clients, delivery teams, and senior management.

This is not a quota-based sales role.

The focus is on solution-led engagement, value alignment, and successful execution —

not cold calling or transactional selling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Qualification & Early Engagement


• Review and qualify incoming CRM leads based on deal size, complexity,

urgency, and strategic fit.


• Conduct initial client calls and in-person meetings.


• Lead Odoo solution discussions during early engagement and demos.


• Assess deal readiness before escalation to the Managing Partner.


• Schedule and coordinate demos, discovery sessions, and workshops.


• Travel frequently within Saudi Arabia and internationally for client engagements.

2. Client Discovery & Odoo Solution Alignment


• Lead and coordinate discovery sessions for
Odoo ERP implementations

alongside the Managing Partner and solution teams.


• Translate business requirements into Odoo solution scope across modules

(Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).


• Validate feasibility of requirements based on Odoo capabilities and best

practices.


• Ensure alignment on scope, assumptions, timelines, and expectations before

project initiation.

3. Proposal Coordination & Commercial Engagement

• Act as the primary client contact during proposal discussions.


• Explain Odoo-based solution architecture, scope boundaries, timelines, and

commercials.


• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations within agreed guidelines.


• Coordinate internal approvals and support deal closure.

4. Client Continuity During Odoo Implementation


• Remain the primary client point of contact throughout the Odoo implementation

lifecycle.


• Provide clarification on solution scope, functional design, and implementation

approach.


• Act as an escalation bridge between clients and Odoo delivery teams when

required.


• Participate in monthly project reviews, steering committees, and milestone

meetings.


• Support on-site client engagements as required.

5. Internal Alignment & CRM Governance


• Maintain accurate CRM records, deal status, and engagement documentation.


• Ensure clean handover from Odoo pre-sales and discovery into delivery.


• Provide regular pipeline and engagement updates to the Managing Partner and

GM.


• Work closely with the Practice Manager – Solutions to ensure delivery alignment

and scope integrity.

What This Role Does NOT Own


• Day-to-day project management or sprint execution


• Resource allocation or delivery scheduling


• Odoo development or configuration tasks
• Support ticket handling

These remain under delivery and operations leadership.

Required Profile

Mandatory Experience



5+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP


• Proven experience covering the
full Odoo lifecycle
, including:

o Pre-sales and client demos

o Business process discovery

o Solution design and scoping

o Odoo implementation and go-live support


• Experience working with
multiple Odoo modules
(Finance, HR, Sales,

Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, etc.)

Preferred Experience


• Experience in consulting or Odoo partner organizations


• Exposure to enterprise or multi-company Odoo implementations


• Experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia / GCC

Skills, Language & Mobility Requirements


• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills


• Deep functional understanding of Odoo and ERP best practices


• Ability to bridge business discussions and technical teams


• Commercial awareness and negotiation confidence (non-quota based)



Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)



Valid driving license (KSA preferred)


Currently based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate


• Willingness and ability to
travel frequently locally and internationally
