We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Executive to support our brand activation and events team. The role will focus on planning, coordinating, and executing marketing initiatives related to brand activations, exhibitions, booth launches, and events. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, market understanding, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of brand activations, exhibitions, and events
  • Coordinate with internal creative, design, and production teams to deliver marketing initiatives
  • Assist in developing activation concepts, campaign messaging, and promotional plans
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination for marketing activities
  • Liaise with clients, partners, and suppliers as required
  • Support on-ground execution of events and activations
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and post-event evaluations
  • Ensure brand consistency across all activation and marketing activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive, preferably in brand activation, events, or experiential marketing
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Arabic, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site during events when required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with event agencies, activation agencies, or marketing agencies
  • Knowledge of exhibitions, booth activations, and event operations
  • Experience in the KSA market is a strong advantage
