Customer Experience Department.

Position Overview.

The Data Analyst Specialist plays a vital role within the Customer Experience Department by providing analytical insights and supporting key projects. This position is responsible for evaluating customer feedback, analyzing departmental performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The Data Analyst Specialist ensures that data-driven decisions enhance both customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. In this role, you will directly support the Data Analysis and Project Supervisor and work collaboratively to drive impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications.

  • Analyze customer feedback and departmental sections to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Examine complaints, evaluate performance, and identify root causes to recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze quality evaluations, identifying underlying issues impacting the customer experience.
  • Report on overall department performance, highlighting achievements and areas needing attention.
  • Support the his direct manager by preparing presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and prepare for weekly meetings, including setting agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Supports his direct manager in the assignment in his section and by his direct manager
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, or project supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Reporting Structure.

The Data Analyst Specialist will report directly to the Data Analysis and Project Supervisor.

Working Hours

Standard working hours are Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Occasional flexibility may be required to accommodate project deadlines or department meetings.
