AlWatania Information Systems is looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP Basis Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving our SAP infrastructure initiatives, ensuring robust performance and reliability of our SAP landscapes. You will work with cutting-edge SAP technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems, including instance configurations, optimization, and upgrades.
  • Implement and monitor SAP performance tuning strategies to enhance system efficiencies.
  • Lead SAP migration projects and ensure seamless transition during upgrades and migrations.
  • Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Participate in capacity planning and disaster recovery planning for SAP environments.
  • Administer user roles and authorizations, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to configurations, installations, and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with functional teams for efficient problem resolution and system enhancements.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of work experience in SAP Basis administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP architecture, database management, and various SAP products.
  • Proficient in system installations, configurations, and migration strategies.
  • Experience with databases like SAP HANA and Oracle, along with performance tuning and optimization.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • SAP Basis certification or relevant accreditation is a plus.
