The Communication Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's communication strategy to ensure clear, consistent messaging and to strengthen the brand's reputation. The role includes managing internal and external communications, overseeing content creation, coordinating media activities, and building strong relationships with stakeholders and media outlets.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with organizational goals.


• Manage content creation and publishing across all communication channels (website, social media, newsletters, press releases).


• Draft press releases, speeches, official statements, and marketing content.


• Plan and coordinate media campaigns, events, and communication initiatives.


• Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, journalists, and influencers.


• Monitor and analyze communication performance and prepare regular reports.


• Manage communication during crises and develop effective crisis communication plans.


• Support internal departments with communication tools and ensure unified messaging.


• Stay updated on communication trends and integrate innovative tools and best practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong content writing and editorial skills.


• Proven experience managing media campaigns and communication projects.


• Crisis communication handling skills.


• Proficiency in social media platforms and performance analysis tools.


• Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.


• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
