Job Description: Graphic Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a
creative and versatile Graphic Designer with strong marketing skills
to join our team. This hybrid role blends
design expertise with marketing execution
, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms while driving engagement and supporting business growth. The ideal candidate will not only create compelling visuals but also understand marketing strategies, KPIs, and user journeys to ensure designs contribute directly to campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Branding

  • Design and maintain brand assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Develop visual content for social media, website, presentations, and proposals.
  • Contribute to the creation of the
    Branding Deck
    , including:
  • Logo usage guidelines, typography, color palettes, tone of voice, imagery style.
  • Business cards, ID badges, merch mockups, and templates for social posts, email signatures, and more.
  • Create internal templates (letterheads, memos, decks) that are accessible and consistent across departments.

Marketing Execution

  • Support in developing and executing a
    social media strategy
    , including platform selection, content pillars, tone of voice, frequency, and content calendars.
  • Manage social media posting and ensure alignment with brand tone and KPIs.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing reports on reach, engagement, and conversion metrics.
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and benchmarks to refine marketing strategies.
  • Create a
    Notable Dates Calendar
    (holidays, company milestones, industry events) and align campaigns with these key dates.

Events & Campaigns

  • Design and coordinate event-related marketing collateral (booths, banners, digital invites, etc.).
  • Assist with
    event preparation
    , including pre- and post-event communications, branded assets, and onsite visuals.
  • Support user journey mapping to ensure a seamless brand experience across touchpoints.

Client-Facing Materials

  • Update and refine
    proposal documents
    for branding consistency and clarity.
  • Design and support
    presentation decks
    (sales enablement, executive, client pitches) with a strong visual identity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and marketing (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of
    brand building, user experience, and campaign KPIs

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
