As a
Senior Product Owner
at Oumla, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering our core blockchain products. This is a high-ownership position where you will work closely with engineering, design, business, operations, and leadership teams to turn ideas into working solutions.

In a startup environment like Oumla, you won't just manage product requirements, you will help shape strategy, improve processes, support launches, and ensure our products meet both market and regulatory needs. You must be comfortable wearing multiple hats, moving fast, and taking end-to-end responsibility.

Requirements

  • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across key blockchain products (custody, tokenization, infrastructure, etc.).

  • Work hands-on with engineering to translate concepts into user stories, technical requirements, and sprint plans.

  • Partner with design to define clear and intuitive user journeys.

  • Collaborate with compliance, security, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment across all product features.

  • Support leadership with market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments.

  • Work closely with business and operations to validate use cases, gather feedback, and refine features.

  • Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous iteration.

  • Build internal documentation, BRDs, PRDs,SRSs, and release notes for all product updates.

  • Conduct product demos and support sales in explaining technical features to clients.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure fast, smooth delivery in a startup environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in fintech, blockchain, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, or digital asset products.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in an agile environment.
  • Ability to break down complex systems into simple, actionable requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup with changing priorities and high ownership expectations.
