لمهام والمسؤوليات

* استلام الأجهزة المُسلّمة من العميل بالتنسيق مع موظفي الاستقبال، وفهم طبيعة الأعطال التي قد يواجهها العميل أثناء استخدام الجهاز، وفحص حالة الأجهزة عند الاستلام، وإبلاغ العميل بأي تلف أو كسر.

* فحص الأعطال التي يُبلغ عنها العميل، وتحديد أسبابها، وإجراء الصيانة اللازمة، والتحقق من حل الأعطال المُبلغ عنها من خلال فحص الجهاز بعد الإصلاح.

* بعد تقديم موظف الاستقبال لطلب الصيانة وتقديم إيصال استلام الجهاز، يتم تعبئة نماذج الصيانة، وتحديد الأعطال، وخطوات الإصلاح، ونتائج الفحص، والتأكد من رضا العميل عن نتيجة الإصلاح.

* إجراء تقييم أولي لتحديد ما إذا كانت الأعطال تقع ضمن ضمان الشركة، والحصول على الموافقات اللازمة في حال كان الإصلاح ضمن الضمان، والإبلاغ عن أي عيوب تصنيع ناتجة عن خطأ في التصنيع من خلال تسجيلها في نموذج الصيانة. في حال عدم تغطية الأعطال بالضمان أو انتهاء صلاحيته، يجب التواصل مع العميل للحصول على موافقته قبل بدء أعمال الصيانة المطلوبة.

* يجب تعبئة نماذج طلب قطع الغيار عند طلب أي قطع غيار من مستودع قطع الغيار للإصلاح، والحصول على الموافقات اللازمة. يجب إخطار المشرف أو المدير المباشر في حال عدم توفر القطع لبدء الإجراءات اللازمة، وإجراء الإصلاحات في حال توفرها.

* يجب تنظيف الجهاز وتجهيزه للعميل، وإرشاده حول كيفية استخدامه والتعامل معه لتجنب أي سوء استخدام مستقبلاً.

* يجب استلام الأجهزة وترتيبها في الورشة وفقًا للإجراءات المتبعة، ويجب فصل الأجهزة التي تم إصلاحها وفحصها عن تلك التي لا تزال قيد الصيانة/الإصلاح.

* يجب اتباع تعليمات السلامة العامة، واستخدام معدات الوقاية عند القيام بأي عمل قد يؤثر على السلامة. يجب التحقق من سلامة معدات العمل قبل بدء أعمال الصيانة.

* * يجب تنظيف منطقة العمل بعد الانتهاء من أعمال الفك أو التركيب أو الإصلاح. صيانة المعدات الموكلة إليهم وتحت رعايتهم، والتأكد من سلامتها، والإبلاغ عن أي تلف أو أعطال تحدث أثناء الصيانة إلى رئيسهم المباشر.

* المساهمة في معالجة شكاوى العملاء ورفعها إلى رئيسهم المباشر لتحقيق رضا العملاء على أكمل وجه، والتنسيق مع قسم خدمة العملاء لحل هذه الشكاوى مع الجهات المعنية.

* التدريب على صيانة المعدات الحالية والجديدة وكيفية استخدامها بشكل كامل، والتعرف على مواصفاتها من خلال مراجعة دليل المستخدم/الكتالوج وأدلة الصيانة لتعزيز المعرفة. التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لتبادل المعرفة الفنية حول المعدات والخبرة المكتسبة على مر السنين.

* الالتزام بالزي الرسمي الذي يتوافق مع سياسة الشركة ويعكس صورتها المهنية.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Receiving devices delivered by the customer in coordination with reception staff, understanding the nature of the malfunctions the customer experiences while using the device, inspecting the condition of the devices upon receipt, and alerting the customer to any damage or breakage.

* Examining the malfunctions reported by the customer, identifying the underlying causes, performing the necessary maintenance, and verifying the resolution of the reported malfunctions by inspecting the device after repair.

* After the receptionist submits a maintenance request and provides a receipt for the device, completing the maintenance forms, specifying the malfunctions, repair steps, inspection results, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the repair outcome.

* Conducting an initial assessment to determine if the malfunctions fall within the company warranty, obtaining the necessary approvals if the repair is under warranty, and reporting any manufacturing defects resulting from a manufacturing error by recording them on the maintenance form. If the malfunctions are not covered by the warranty or if the warranty has expired, the customer must be contacted for approval before commencing the required maintenance work.

* Spare parts requisition forms must be completed if any parts are requested from the parts warehouse for repairs, and the necessary approvals must be obtained. The supervisor or direct manager must be notified if parts are unavailable so that the necessary procedures can be initiated, and repairs can be carried out if parts become available.

* The device must be cleaned and prepared for the customer, and the customer must be instructed on how to use and handle the equipment to prevent any misuse in the future.

* Devices must be received and arranged in the workshop according to established procedures, and repaired and inspected devices must be kept separate from those still under maintenance/repair.

* General safety instructions must be followed, and protective equipment must be used when performing any work that may affect safety. The safety of work equipment must be verified before commencing maintenance work.

* The work area must be cleaned after disassembly, assembly, or repair work is completed. Maintaining the equipment entrusted to them and under their care, ensuring its safety, and reporting any damage or malfunctions that occur during service to their direct supervisor.

* Contributing to the handling of customer complaints and escalating them to the direct supervisor to achieve customer satisfaction to the greatest extent possible, and coordinating with the Customer Service Department to resolve these complaints with the relevant parties.

* Training on the maintenance of current and new equipment and how to use it fully, and familiarizing oneself with its specifications by reviewing the user manual/catalog and maintenance guides to enhance knowledge. Collaborating with team members to exchange technical knowledge about the equipment and the experience gained over the years.

* Adhering to the official uniform that conforms to company policy and reflects its professional image.
