الخبرة
:

  • يجب على المتقدمين أن يكون لديهم خبرة أكاديمية لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال التخصص.

المسؤوليات:

  • المشاركة في تنفيذ رؤية ورسالة الكلية.

  • تنفيذ البرامج التعليمية والتدريبية كل فيما يخص وحسب النصاب الدراسي المقرر.

  • تنفيذ ومتابعة اكتساب الطلاب للمهارات العملية والسريرية للمقررات داخل المعامل وأماكن التدريب.

  • المشاركة في تطوير برامج الكلية وإجراءات العمل فيها.

  • المشاركة في أعمال اللجان وأنشطة الكلية.

  • حفظ النظام داخل المعامل.

  • القيام بأعمال الجودة المطلوبة وإعداد التقارير اللازمة للتأكد من إتقان الطلاب المهارات العملية المطلوبة.

  • القيام بكل ما يوكل إليه في الأعمال الإدارية أو الأكاديمية الأخرى بجانب العبء التدريسي المقرر.

  • إذكاء روح التنافس البناء بين الطلاب وتشجيع الابتكار والإبداع بما يحقق التميز للكلية وطلابها.

  • أن ينقل لطلابه أحدث ما يستجد في مجال تخصصه.

  • المحافظة على سمعة الكلية وممتلكاتها وحفظ النظام وسلامة الطلاب.

  • التفرغ للعمل بالكلية.

  • الالتزام بكافة الأنظمة والقوانين واللوائح والتعليميات النافذة في المملكة العربية السعودية وعدم المساس بالدين أو التدخل في السياسة.

المهارات


• الحصول على مؤهل البكالوريوس في التخصص المطلوب.


• أن لا يقل المعدل التراكمي في شهادة البكالوريوس عن جيد.


• أن تكون الدراسة للمؤهلات الجامعي بالانتظام الكلي.


• معادلة المؤهل لخريجي الجامعات غير السعودية من وزارة التعليم.


• أن تكون دراسة البكالوريوس في كليات العلوم.


• يفضل من لدية خبرة أكاديمية.
