A leading aviation business is seeking a Procurement Specialist with deep expertise in sourcing aircraft parts and equipment. This role is crucial in ensuring operational readiness through efficient procurement strategies, strong supplier relationships, and seamless collaboration with technical teams.

About the Role

As a Procurement Specialist, you'll be the engine behind sourcing and supplying essential aircraft components. You'll partner with engineering and maintenance teams to meet technical and regulatory requirements, while driving cost efficiency and maintaining high supplier performance standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Source and procure aircraft parts and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and contract compliance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, maintenance, and operations to align on procurement needs.

  • Conduct in-depth market research and supplier evaluations to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms.

  • Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spend.

  • Design and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manage associated procurement risks.
