  • Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up to minimize downtime and ensure production consistency.
  • Operate the machine as per the Work Instruction to ensure safe and smooth runnability.
  • Troubleshoot problems and request support when needed to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
  • Check and relay start-up samples to the Section Team Leader for approval before passing them to QC for inspection, ensuring start-up quality.
  • Conduct quality inspections according to the Self-Inspection Sheet, sign it, and provide samples to QC to maintain quality standards.
  • Report any quality defects to QC and the Team Leader so appropriate action can be taken.
  • Request maintenance support via the Team Leader to conduct necessary corrective maintenance.
  • Assign tasks to Helpers to ensure organized operations and maintain 5S standards around machines and the work area.
  • Complete the Daily Production Report and submit it to the Team Leader to document and track all production activities.
  • Fill out the Process Control Card for new orders and submit it to the Team Leader for approval and system entry.
  • Generate product and pallet labels to ensure accuracy in detail and packing mode.
  • Implement health and safety procedures relevant to job functions.

Education & Experience:

  • Preferably holds an Industrial Diploma.
  • 1–2 years of experience in related tasks.
  • Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English
