Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to drive performance and growth for our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, and collaborating with influencers and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production: Develop engaging content for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns to attract and retain customers.

Paid Campaign Management: Execute and optimize PPC, social media, and display advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.

Social Media Strategy: Manage our social media presence, including planning, curating, and scheduling content across various platforms.

Influencer Collaboration: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and others, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

On-Ground Activations: Support and attend brand activations and events to enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and paid campaigns.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer engagement.
