Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Specialist based in Riyadh. The Retail Sales Specialist will be responsible for welcoming and assisting customers, demonstrating extensive product knowledge, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales. Additional duties include maintaining product displays, restocking inventory, and actively contributing to achieving sales targets. The candidate will work closely with team members to ensure a top-tier shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

  • ARABIC MUST
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and assist customers effectively
  • Proficient in retail sales and demonstrating thorough product knowledge
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Previous experience in retail sales is an advantage
  • Fluency in Arabic; knowledge of English is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or marketing
