Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Payroll Specialist based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including reviewing timesheets, calculating wages, and ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement. Additional responsibilities include managing employee deductions such as garnishments, resolving payroll-related issues, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations, and maintaining accurate payroll records. The Payroll Specialist will collaborate with HR and accounting departments to streamline payroll operations and address employee queries.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
  • Knowledge of handling Garnishments and other payroll-related adjustments
  • Proficiency in Payroll Services, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with payroll software systems and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role is highly desirable
