Required for Leading Maintenance / Metal Industry in Saudi Arabia.

Job Title: Mechanical Technician (Metal Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Repair

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical machinery such as presses, furnaces, rolling mills, CNC machines, conveyors, and hydraulic systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults in production equipment.
  • Replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, or precision measuring instruments.

Installation & Setup

  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.
  • Align, level, and calibrate machinery to specifications.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, service logs, and spare parts usage reports.
  • Report potential issues and recommend improvements to maintenance procedures.

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement projects to enhance machine reliability and efficiency.
  • Suggest modifications to improve equipment performance or safety.

Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in accordance with environmental and quality guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Mechanical Technician in the metal or heavy manufacturing industry (e.g., steel, foundry, fabrication, machining).

Salary - SAR Food 400 + Free Accommodation + Transportation
