Role Description

The Maintenance Supervisor role involves overseeing equipment maintenance, managing repair tasks, and implementing preventive maintenance measures to ensure operational efficiency. This is an on-site, full-time position located in Dammam, where you will supervise maintenance operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate team efforts to uphold safety standards and optimize equipment functionality.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills to manage maintenance teams effectively and ensure smooth operations
  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Preventive Maintenance to maintain and extend the lifespan of machinery
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Knowledge of relevant safety standards and protocols
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Prior experience in scaffolding-related projects or industrial settings is preferred
  • Diploma or vocational training in mechanical or electrical engineering, or a related field, is a plus
