Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct structured, behavioral, and competency based interviews for critical industrial roles.
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, attendance tracking, contract management, and HR system administration.
  • Ensure all HR processes comply with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across all departments.
  • Support employee relations, providing guidance and resolving workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and follow-up actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, interviewing, HR operations, and policy implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
