looking for The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant and Trainer is responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions while providing comprehensive training to end-users. This role bridges technical expertise with effective communication to ensure the organization maximizes the value of its CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Customize and configure CRM workflows, modules, and integrations to meet organizational needs.
  • Provide hands-on training sessions and create user-friendly training materials for end-users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM system.
  • Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features and recommend system enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and training materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and customization.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and business processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for training purposes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or related areas are a plus.
