We are looking for a motivated HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team.

The role involves supporting various HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

· Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with company standards and labor regulations.

· Assist in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.

· Participate in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

· Coordinate and recommend suitable training and development programs based on departmental needs and business objectives.

· Review and evaluate training content and effectiveness, and provide feedback for improvement.

· Maintain accurate and organized employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training history.

· Participate in performance management processes, including KPI tracking and performance appraisal coordination.

· Assist in handling employee relations matters with professionalism, confidentiality, and fairness.

· Provide administrative support for various HR activities and contribute to HR initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and development.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, MIS, or a related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in HR.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
