Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Riyadh. The Quality Manager will oversee and maintain quality assurance processes, develop and implement quality control systems, and ensure that products and services meet established standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, conducting audits, providing training and improvement plans, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding and experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles and practices
- Proficiency in process improvement, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and industry best practices
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Relevant certifications such as ISO or Six Sigma are highly desirable
- Experience in the manufacturing or related industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
