Position Summary
The Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist) is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and personalized EMS-based training programs. The role focuses on client assessment, program design, performance monitoring, client motivation, and adherence to health and safety standards. The trainer plays a critical role in client retention, transformation outcomes, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities
Client Training & Program Design
Deliver one-to-one EMS training sessions using certified EMS equipment.

Design individualized fitness programs based on client goals, physical condition, and fitness assessments.

Apply principles of exercise physiology and functional training in EMS program development.

Educate clients on correct EMS usage, movement execution, and training techniques.

Client Assessment & Monitoring
Conduct fitness assessments and physical evaluations.

Monitor client progress and adjust training programs accordingly.

Track performance metrics, progress reports, and fitness outcomes.

Client Engagement & Retention
Provide continuous motivation, coaching, and behavioral support.

Build long-term client relationships to support retention and satisfaction.

Promote healthy lifestyle habits and fitness education.

Safety, Compliance & Operations
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Maintain a clean and safe training environment.

Follow operational procedures and EMS safety standards.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Certification
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.

Valid Personal Trainer Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent).

Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of:

Exercise physiology

Functional training

EMS training systems

Anatomy and biomechanics

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Client motivation and coaching ability

Program design and fitness assessment capability

High professional ethics and service orientation

Language
English: Required

Arabic: Preferred

Availability
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends.
