Role Overview:

The Head of Quality will oversee the
triple-pillar quality structure
(Planning, Manufacturing, Market), ensuring high standards across all stages - from project initiation to post-sale product performance. This role requires hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to foster a culture of
continuous improvement and operational excellence
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the company's
    quality strategy
    and management system, supporting regulatory compliance and certifications.
  • Drive
    Quality Planning
    ,
    Manufacturing Quality
    , and
    Market Quality
    aligned with the PDCA cycle.
  • Oversee supplier and product quality, audits, industrialization processes, and post-sale quality assurance.
  • Champion
    process optimization, data-driven decision-making
    , and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build and mentor
    cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
    to achieve organizational alignment and excellence.

Professional Experience & Competencies:

  • Leadership:
    10+ years in quality leadership, with 5+ years in senior management roles.
  • Quality Management Expertise:
    Proven experience across Planning, Manufacturing, and Market quality.
  • Achievements:
    Demonstrated success in reducing quality costs, improving metrics (PPM), and leading certifications.
  • Soft Skills:
    Strategic thinker, forward-looking, proactive, collaborative, and results-driven.'

Education & Certifications:

  • University degree in
    Engineering
    (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related). Postgraduate degree/MBA is a plus.
  • Certifications:
    IATF 16949 / ISO 9001

  • Automotive-specific certifications (VDA 6.3) preferred.
